Things to know about the wedding, where to stay, activities, etc.

*** Once booked, please send us your room information/location

so that we can arrange shuttles for Friday evening. ***

Option 1: Devil's Thumb Ranch (Lodge)

The wedding will be at Devil’s Thumb Ranch (DTR), which is where Andrew and Kelley are staying. We are hopeful that people can secure rooms at DTR so that we can all spend the most amount of time together celebrating this weekend on the property.  Rooms are approximately $340 per night before taxes and resort fees.  We were able to secure the last remaining King rooms in our room block.  The resort requires a 2-night minimum stay (Friday and Saturday, Sept 7th and 8th.)  To get on the block please tell them one of our last names.  (Note: if you book online and only select one day you won't see any availability, there is a two day minimum.)  If you want queen rooms, please just call the hotel directly as we don’t have any queen rooms in the room block.  Andrew and Kelley look forward to continuing to celebrate on Saturday with you!

Option 2: Devil's Thumb Ranch (Cabins)

DTR offers cabins for rent on property that are a quick 2 minute drive or 9 minute walk from the main lodge, these are a little pricier than the standard rooms.  There is a 1-bedroom cabin, a 2-bedroom cabin and a 4-bedroom cabin.

Stay at Vasquez Creek Inn or Trailhead Inn in Winter Park

Another great option is to stay at one of DTR’s sister properties, Vasquez Creek Inn or Trailhead Inn, in Winter Park, CO.  Staying at these properties grants you full access to the ranch, including the pool, spa, and all other amenities. These properties are around $120 a night and Devils Thumb Ranch runs shuttles once an hour from 9am to 9pm to and from these properties.  We will provide shuttles on Friday evening. Please note there are no cabs or uber in this area. So if you don't plan on making a bus, you will have to provide your own transportation to and from the wedding.

Option 4: Stay Offsite at Wild Horse Inn

Only 1.9 miles down the road, not even via a highway, is a separate resort called Wild Horse Inn.  This is a 4 minute drive from DTR.  It has rates from approximately $200 a night for the rooms and also requires a 2-night minimum stay. On Friday night we will run shuttles to/from Wild Horse Inn and the venue.  Please note this is not affiliated with DTR and if you stay here you do not have access to the pool / spa and other amenities. But they do offer a “free gourmet breakfast."

** Please note, times and events are early estimates at this point! **
